Booth fee includes: 10 x 10 booth, 1 - 8 foot table, 2 chairs, and 2 rodeo admission lanyards
Booth fee: $250 or $300 per booth (depending on location)
Extra Charges: $50 for electricity (if needed)
Payment and booth selection is done at time of acceptance

Is electricity needed?
*We limit multiple vendors showcasing similar items

Vendor Information:
    You have to have black table clothes; no plastic ones
    No extension cords provided. If you are planning to use them, bring duct tape to secure them to the floor
    Wi-Fi – See administration during setup for the password
    No refunds
    No early breakdowns – vendor market closes at 10:00 on Saturday
    No transfer of ownership of booth
    Booth rentals are in one name only – no sharing
    Booth signs can only be placed within your booth
    All equipment, merchandise, and chairs must remain within the booth space
    All vendors are responsible for operating their own booth
    Vendors must wear the provided rodeo lanyards at all times
    There will be 24/7 security on the premises of the rodeo. However, no security is provided specifically for your individual booth and/or merchandise. Please do not leave your booth unattended
    No food or drink sales allowed that compete with food and beverages being sold by promoter
    Intercom vendor advertisement is available for rodeo sponsors only. However, the announcer will direct guest to vendor market several times throughout the event. If you desire to become a rodeo sponsor, please contact an event coordinator for pricing
    You must keep your area clean and free of litter and at times
